Title supplied by cataloguer. Recto has original foliation CCLXVIII in blue and red ink, struck through in the faded brown ink used for a later foliation CXXIIII . Verso has an historiated initial S depicting Pentecost attributed to a follower of the Perugian artist Matteo di Ser Cambio also marginal images of a stork and two rams other initials illuminated. Black square notation on staves of 4 red lines, on vellum. Ultimo festivitatis die (Communion, complete) -- Spiritus Domini replevit (Introit, incomplete at end) Latin words.
