Part 2: 6 pages of notes describing battles, "British Officers I have met", "Trenches in Winter" and other experiences. Includes description of Battle of Loos. Part 3: Daily diary, 10 Dec. 1915 to 8 April 1916. Describes one day of leave and then the return to the war. Much of Wilberforce's time during this period was spent building and manning a rest station for the injured. Diary covers period when Newton was a temporary lieutenant, Royal Medical Corps.
