    Notebook called 'Molasses', holograph. Contains Germaine Greer's initial research notes for her PhD on William Shakespeare's early comedies. Softcover, brown, Cantab Spiral Notebook, W Heffer and Sons, Sidney Street, Cambridge. The name Molasses is written on the front cover. Germaine Greer has numbered the unlined pages from 1 to 65, from the front of the notebook towards the back. The last five pages are blank. One page, 'Decay of Marriage in 16th century', has been torn out and slipped in the back. First page of notes titled Peele The Old Wives Tale.
