The Malcolm Fraser Collection at the University of Melbourne Archives consists of nearly two hundred metres of political, family and personal records relating to the former Prime Minister of Australia, the Rt Hon. Malcolm Fraser. Mr Fraser designated the University of Melbourne as the official custodian of his personal papers in 2004.

The University of Melbourne Archives has selected, digitised and made available some of the important, unique and interesting material from the Collection. This material ranges from childhood correspondence, to the radio transcripts; the one, consistent and wide-ranging source of information about Fraser’s political and philosophical positions that covers the breadth of his parliamentary career.

For material that has yet to be digitised, subject guides and other resources relating to the Collection, please visit the Malcolm Fraser Collection website.
