    Mounted photograph. Shows five men standing in front of front fence. Verso: "Built 1840. [ie date of original homestead, not this] Lived in by the Foord family till 1894. All the Foord Family being from here, Sarah Foord (Mrs. R. Kilborn), Nellie Foord, (Mrs. G. Browne), Bessie Foord, Mrs. F. Browne, being married in this house, and Mr. and Mrs. John Foord and the daughter and son died in the old house. The old house pulled down about 1820. This house had alterations made in the early [18]60's or 1859. New roof etc. And a large garden laid out." 14.5 x 20.2 Mounted: 20.2 x 26.2. Previous control number on photo 3/4, or 12/4 on list.
