“Stories of good women and evil women” 善悪婦人伝

Created by Toyohara Kunichika 豊原国周 (1835-1900), this folding concertina book (orihon) containing 20 chuban size prints (10 on each side) telling the stories of women, some good and some evil. Each print is titled, 'Zen aku fujin den' and most are dated 1881 at the top left. Kunichika also used the name Arakawa Yasohachi which can be seen on some prints at lower left.
