Cranks and Nuts Magazine

Cranks and Nuts was an annual magazine produced by the Melbourne University Engineering Students’ Club from 1938 to 1978. It was not published in 1942-43 or 1971-72. The issues include essays by teaching staff and students on engineering and social issues, photographs of new staff, reports of department activities and accounts of student excursions and activities. Most issues included a ‘Rogues Gallery’ of fourth year students, with photographs and biographical captions.
